The Captain's Club - The Chippy 29th February
After a well commentated boat ride down the Thames we were looking for a proper place for a pint and fish and chips, we found it. Got to sit outside on the banks of the river and you’re far enough from the dock it was quite relaxing and dare I say peaceful. Our waitress was very pleasant and it was exactly what we were looking for!
Everything was perfect. Incredible food; every single thing on our plates was delicious, great service and a warm, cozy atmosphere. Love this place!
I love coming here. No nonsense food, top quality, definitely fresh tasting. The brunch menu is excellent. The fish sandwich is very filling. Good portions. Friendly staff and a cosy old English atmosphere. Not enough pubs like this these days.
